This historical palazzo was built in the 13th century (1200).  It is located on the medieval town walls and near Porto Offuna, one of four medieval gates of San Ginesio. It was completely restored 20 years ago after it was damaged by the earthquake.

The previous owner was a senior and well-educated English notary, now deceased, who sold his property in Venice and settled in San Ginesio. He was fascinated by the fact that the property is almost permanently flooded by the sun its unique panorama on the Sibillini Mountains and Gran Sasso.

The total floor area of the property is about 105m2 and the garden is approximately 70m2. From the living room, you could make a direct entrance with some small stairs to the garden. You could also enlarge the windows in the room with the vaulted ceiling and make it more habitable. Some iron works in the house dates back to 1500.
