Palazzo Ludovica, a completely renovated palazzo, is located in the historic center of Massa Fermana, a small town of medieval origin in the province of Fermo. The town is situated in the hilly area between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast.

The palazzo consists of four floors, with main access from the street facing the town hall and the town square.

The large entrance hall gives access into the living area and the beautiful internal staircase. On this floor are the main living room, the dining room, a second living room, a kitchen and bathroom.

The first floor is accessible via the main staircase and a secondary smaller service staircase. On this floor are four bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are surrounded by panoramic balconies that face the center of the town on the one hand and on the other towards the magnificent scenery of the countryside surrounding the sea to the beautiful Sibillini Mountains.

One floor below the ground floor the beautiful old cellars have been converted into guest reception rooms with large vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen with fireplace, dispensers and a wine tasting hall with the family collection of fine wines. The former cellars have direct and independent access also from the street below.

There is a large attic floor.

The palazzo has been thoroughly restored and is beautifully finished with a precise selection of materials.
