This farmhouse dates from 1960 and was three, four years ago still inhabited by the mother of one of the owners. So, it is still habitable, but perhaps it needs some interventions to make it more comfortable.

On the ground floor is the living room, a small kitchen and a large storage room (cantina/stable). On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a bathroom. The attic on the second floor is quite high and the rooms are usable. Next to the house which has a floor surface of about 200m2 lies an old stable from the beginning of this century (with more than 100m2 of available floor space). It is built with old stones and wooden beams and it requires some effort to make this outbuilding usable and/or habitable.

The house is beautifully and centrally located on the plot of approximately 2900m2 (more land can be purchased) and at the end of the road. The Olive Grove is still in full production. The property is situated on the outskirts of Loro Piceno and has a rural feel.

It is very suitable as a holiday home but it also gives the possibility to convert it in a number of apartments or into B&B.
