Een huis kopen in Le Marche als investering. Hoe ziet het verhuurseizoen eruit in Le Marche? Wat voor huur per week kun je verwachten voor een woning? Wat is de huidige huizenprijsgroei per jaar?<\/h2>\n

Het wordt steeds interessanter om te overwegen in een woning te investeren vanwege de huidige lage rentetarieven. Bovendien krijg je in Le Marche veel meer waar voor je geld dan in Toscane en Umbri\u00eb. Bovendien groeit het aantal buitenlandse toeristen dat Le Marche bezoekt nog steeds.<\/p>\n

Huurseizoen in Le Marche<\/h3>\n

Grofweg kun je het verhuurseizoen als volgt omschrijven: mei, juni, september en oktober zijn de zogenaamde tussenseizoenen en juli-augustus is het hoogseizoen. Met een goede promotie kunt u ervan uitgaan dat u uw woning tien tot twaalf weken per jaar verhuurt. Slimme marketing en concurrerende huurprijzen kunnen meer weken opleveren.<\/p>\n

Huur per week<\/h3>\n

Ik raad u aan om onze verhuurwebsite, Le Marche Explorer<\/a>, te bekijken en woningen te selecteren die bij uw budget passen. Dit suggereert dat de huurprijzen vari\u00ebren van \u20ac 800 – \u20ac 1000 voor het tussenseizoen en \u20ac 1250 – \u20ac 1300 voor het hoogseizoen. Dit zijn huurprijzen voor woningen met een zwembad. U kunt ook overwegen om te investeren in een luxe vakantieappartement zoals Azienda Mastrocola<\/a>. In het hoogseizoen vraag je al snel tot \u20ac 1500,- per week. Een ander voordeel van investeren in een appartement met gemeenschappelijke tuin en zwembad is dat u de kosten voor het onderhoud van een woning deelt. Hierdoor bent u verzekerd van een hoger rendement.<\/p>\n

Ik wou dat ik u resoluut de groei van de huizenprijzen per jaar kon vertellen! We beginnen echter enkele goede signalen te zien en de \u2018slechte\u2019 jaren liggen zeker achter ons. Na jaren van geleidelijke prijsdalingen zien we nu een stabilisatie van de huizenprijzen. Bovendien is het voor Engelse en Amerikaanse kopers nog aantrekkelijker vanwege de lage waarde van de Euro.
