Casa Bonafazi is located in “Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini” and above the town of Amondala. This town is also called the gateway to the Monti Sibillini. Unsurprisingly, the house is offering spectacular views on Amandola and the Mountains.
Although it is situated on a hill you still have a large open and flat space around the house. At the same time it is near the forest. It has been estimated that of the three hectares included circa 2 or more hectares are forest.
At the moment the house is ‘builders finished’ (or in Italian “a grezza”) and offers ample flexibility inside. Both floors are open spaces without any partition walls. The only fixed item is the staircase in the corner.
