Traditional Italian village on the edge of a quiet village at 550m altitude at the foot of the Apennines, on the border between Marche and Umbria, with a fantastic view over the valley of Sassoferrato and in the background the snowy peaks of the Monte Sibillini. The house from 1975 is in good condition and ready to move in principle but needs to be renovated in order to meet the these time requirements.

The house consists of two apartments 100m2 each with a private entrance and a basement of 80m2.

One apartment is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor has a small kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and two small bathrooms.

The apartment on the first floor still needs to be finished and can therefore be designed at its discretion. The basement connects to the back of the downward sloping garden with various fruit trees. In the basement there is a large storage/garage and two cellars, one of which is used as wine cellar. Beside the house is a stone barn with a roof terrace which is accessible from the entrance of the apartment on the first floor. The apartments offer plenty of privacy and may be leased or one of the apartments can also be used as a guest house.

After renovating this house can offer an affordable home at an ideal point on the edge of an authentic Italian village with two comfortable apartments. An ideal starting point for hikers and tranquillity seekers and for those who can appreciate the authentic Italian style of life.
