Rosso Conero is part of Azienda Mastrocola which is situated on a large panoramic site. From the apartment you have splendid views over the Marchigiana hills, with the dramatic Sibillini mountain range in the background.

The property stands on one hectare of land. It includes the main building; originally a farmhouse where the families lived on the first floor, with stabling on the ground floor, and the old tobacco drying tower to the side of the house.

The smaller building was formerly used to house animals. Both buildings are extensively restored and converted into seven individual units (houses and cottages). Each unit has its own private garden and private access.

It has a 30m2 terrace, accessible via the living room and the kitchen via large double doors which can be fully opened in segments. A premium quality aluminium storage in the garden for bicycles, BBQ and tools. Furthermore, the apartment has central heating and Wi-Fi. The roof of the portico has been replaced two years ago. The wooden shutters have been replaced by aluminium for durability and are low/no maintenance. Anti-insect netting has been placed in the door openings in both bedrooms.
