Casa Cavelletta is a typically traditional 19th-century Marchigiaanse farmhouse. On the ground floor are the stables and the living area is on the first floor. The house has to be restored but all the original materials are still there and can be re-used; the old characteristic stones, oak beams and the antique roof tiles.
The main building has about 260m2 floor space divided over two floors. There is also an annex with a floor area of approximately 20m2.
The land belonging to the house is about 3000m2. Sufficient for a swimming pool and the necessary privacy. However, it is possible to buy more land.
The strengths of this property is not only that it is a house with a lot of character but also with a great view; with in the foreground the rolling fields and in the background the Sibillini mountains. The house is also very easily accessible – and it is not too far from shops, restaurants, banks and other services.
