Casa La Luna is a beautifully restored, cool and hip country house with an industrial touch. This special villa is equipped with a private swimming pool and situated in a wonderfully quiet location in the middle of nature. The hidden spot is close to the beautiful, picturesque village of Force, about 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 20 km from the Monte Sibillini Mountains.
The villa is located on a typical Italian country road. Inside it is furnished with a modern and rugged industrial interior with the Dutch owners, designed furniture combined with the atmospheric elements of the old country house.
This villa offers a large living room with open kitchen, five spacious bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms, fireplace and wellness area.
You enter the villa through French doors. This can be done via the parking side or via the terrace side. The ground floor is a large open space. As well the toilet with shower, which is located directly at the entering parking side. The kitchenette is also located next to it.
The living room is spacious with a large fireplace. The kitchen is large and is well- and fully-equipped.
On the ground floor is the master suite. The French doors offer a view of the garden and lead directly to the garden. There is an ensuite bathroom. which also provides direct access to the garden and terrace pool side.
Via a staircase you go to the first floor and in the middle of this floor is the lounge room.
On the pool side there are two rooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The room that also has a view of the terrace garden side and the valley, is size XXL and has a TWIN shower. The other room is somewhat smaller but no less beautiful. The bathroom has beautiful views of Monte Sibillini.
On the other side two large rooms, with many windows. View of Montefalcone and Monte Sibillini in one room and the other room Montefalcone and the private mountain full of wild orchids. Seven species have already been counted. The room with view on Montefalcone and the private mountain has a bath and bidet.
The terrace on the kitchen side is wonderfully sunny, but also offers shade.
The saltwater swimming pool of 5m by 10m offers cooling and the black coating reflects the air. The garden is partially cultivated, then changing into wild nature. Wild thyme, fennel, lavender, mint grows.
Casa La Luna is reached via a well-travelled, unpaved road of several kilometres. A short distance from the villa, in Force there are all kinds of facilities such as, the bakery, greengrocer, two supermarkets, a butcher, a restaurant with fresh pizzas and local dishes and two nice bars with fresh ice. Pedaso beach is around 40 minutes’ drive away and the beautiful province capital Ascoli Piceno is around 30 minutes’ drive away.
