Casa Gina is located 3.5km from the historic centre of the fifteenth century, typical Marchigiani town of Corinaldo. This is a fortified town with about circa five thousand inhabitants and offering all the necessary daily facilities.

The region is known for its excellent Verdicchio wines. The house is situated on a gentle slope amid the beautiful rolling countryside of Le Marche. It is circa 20km from the Adriatic coast well known for their beautiful beaches. It is in the country site but not isolated (the nearest houses are not more than few hundred meters away). The house has been stylish restored about ten years ago. During the restoration traditional elements such as wooden beams, antique stone fireplace and hand-baked stone floors has been reserved.

From the house you have a clear view on the town of Ostra Vetere which is more than 4km away.
