Casolare Cuccagna is more than an old farm building. The owners, two brothers, were thinking to turn their property with more than 29 hectares of cultivated land into an organic agricultural company, Azienda Cuccagna, focussing on olives and spelt. However, they are getting older and prefer to sell. So, not only the main house with courtyard of 0.5 hec. is for sale but also all their land or part of it. Because it is good quality agricultural land you should consider paying around € 30.000 per hectare.
The house is a typical farmhouse made of bricks. The footprint is circa 150m2 with on the ground floor the stables and storage rooms, on the first floor the living quarters and a large attic (with outside walls of 0.80m and in the middle 2.50m height).
