At 35km from the Adriatic coast is the magnificent estate Colle San Gallo. The villa is located 3km outside the charming historic town of Staffolo in the rolling countryside with fantastic views all around and sea view at the distant. The place is truly special! This comfortable villa has recently been subject of carefully restoration with preserving historical details and is tastefully decorated. The house is completely ready to move in.

The house has two floors that are accessible both from the garden level. At the ground floor is a separate apartment with a spacious living room (30m²) and bedroom, hall, bathroom and kitchen with Siemens appliances. Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace with plenty of privacy. The upper floor comprises a spacious kitchen/living room with fireplace, kitchen island with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, convection/microwave), two double bedrooms, one with walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with sink, tub, shower, bidet and toilet. This floor can serve as an excellent guesthouse or can be rented out; rental options are excellent and deliver a good return. The house is currently divided into two parts.
