This property was first an old church, later converted to a mill and is part of the Ospedale dei Pellegrini (13th cent.), thus named because it gave hospitality and aid to the pilgrims passing through San Ginesio on their way to Loreto or to Rome, almost always on foot. Restored in 1456-57, when the loggia was also added, the building has preserved its Romanesque façade.

On the ground floor are two large areas; one area is circa 80 square meters and this was the old church, next to it you will find an area of circa 40 square meters. Furthermore, still on the ground floor you will find three small storage rooms with an average floor space of circa 8 square meters. Also, there is a garage attached with a floor space of circa 24 square meters. An internal staircase will give further access to another room with a floor space of circa 40 square meters. In total circa 210 square meters are available for creating a spectacular townhouse, a small B&B, restaurant or an activity which can capture the unique history of this property.

Included in the price is a small town garden of circa 70 square meters.
