Casa Battila is a wonderful well preserved “Rustico” dating back to 1850. The property is in reasonable good condition with typical characteristics of the local country houses; wall made entirely of local masonry brick and ceilings with wooden beams. Casa Brutti is a good quality builders finished property. The big advantage of buying a property in this stage is that you can finish it in your own style and you have some flexibility in the layout (some supporting walls are indicating the limits of your plans). So, instead of buying a more or less habitable house and start renovating you just continue finishing it without spending money on e.g. breaking down walls. Casa Brutti is ruwbouw af en is zeer goed en degelijk gebouwd. Casa Statte is situated in a small Borgo (hamlet) with circa 20 houses and one recently restored castle! The Borgo is part of the university town of Camerino. The property has been restored and is in a top condition. The owners used high quality materials and the well build and good insulated. The views are spectacular because of the high elevation of the property. The access road is a so-called strada bianca and in a good condition.
