Your dream of a house in Italy…for yourself and your family, in a beautiful spot, with fantastic views of the countryside and, in good weather, sea view and view at the Apennine mountains. This site was once The ‘Casa Principale’ in full glory, the manor which unfortunately has been neglected as a result of rural depopulation. But there are old plans available that show how the house looked before. It was a beautiful and a varied built house with a small tower in the middle, pleasing to the eye.

This original house can emerge in full glory again. It has a floor space of about 500 m², but of course there can also be built less.
